Payment is expected at time of purchase and items will not ship until your payment has been cleared. If payment is not received within a few days, and I haven’t heard from you, the order will be cancelled and the item will be re-listed.
For custom orders I require a non-refundable deposit (50% of the total sale), this is to cover the materials and my time. The remainder is to be paid upon completion of the order and before the item is shipped.
